The Volunteers Ministry Assistant provides administrative and practical support to create a warm and friendly environment for Island ECC's weekly congregation. This role involves leading volunteer teams, serving as a Sunday Floor Manager, and supporting church events.
The ideal candidate is friendly and enjoys building relationships with a diverse range of people. Organized, flexible, and able to solve problems quickly to ensure smooth operations on Sundays. The role requires the ability to stay on track with a set schedule while being a welcoming and front-facing presence during church services.
